I know a lot of people don't like that place, but I like blogging there and I've even met and have 1 friend with benefit, so I know it can work. I have, I think a pretty confident profile and do get the odd unsolicited message, and lots of winks, some from women i know are real (seen on cam) and paid members.

However I get quite a number from younger women who have no picture and minimal profile, or a picture and minimal profile who may or may not be real. In any event I don't want to waste much time on them, so I need something that, if they are real, prompts them to furnish me with more information.
