When it comes to talking to women, knowing WHAT to say is huge.

It’s probably the most common question I get from guys, in fact.

“What do I say to her?”

And it’s just as important to know how to talk to a girl in a way that gets her sexually interested in you.

Let’s start off with a few things you shouldn’t say to a girl:

DON’T SAY THIS TO HER 1: Overly personal questions…

Some guys jump right into a rapid-fire interrogation of a woman when they meet her. It’s not meant to be scary or weird, just curious.

It’s not a job interview…

But if you ask her a bunch of questions about where she lives, where she works, where she likes to hang out, etc, it can freak a girl out.

Remember, women are always sensitive and aware of the threat of possible sexual assault, so you have to be sensitive to this when talking to her.

DON’T SAY THIS TO HER 2: Complimenting her on her appearance…

There is a right way and a wrong way to bring up a woman’s appearance. Most guys use this hook as a way to flatter a woman, and it usually sounds douchey and lame.

You don’t want to launch into a speech about how hot she looks, or any kind of compliments about her body. That just feels way too weird up front.

Avoid compliments that aren’t insightful and thoughtful.

DON’T SAY THIS TO HER 3: Bragging, or any kind of grandstanding…

Guys often feel like the most important thing to do when meeting a girl for the first time is to impress her.

This is usually the WORST thing you can do.

I get it, you want to stand out from the pack and look like a high-quality mating opportunity for her, but again it just looks douchey. Kinda like those mating dances that animals do to impress each other.

Don’t be THIS guy.

When a guy tries to impress a woman up front, he’s saying: “Hey, you’re the prize and I’m just a schmuck trying to win you over. I have inferior value, so I need to try hard to get your approval.”

The high value man doesn’t play this game. He knows that he wants HER to start trying to impress him as soon as possible in the conversation.

Don’t give your power away with this kind of needy behavior.

Okay, so what SHOULD you say to a girl?

Let’s cover a few of them:

What To Say To A Girl 1: “You caught my eye…”

Actually, you want to say this subtly, but you should give her a reason for your approaching her. Every woman knows WHY you’re talking to her – you want to bang her. It’s simple sexual science.

But she also wants to hear it in a way that tells her you’re confident and you’re going after what you want. That alone is flattering to her.

DOn’t let a good opportunity pass you by.

So just tell her something like:

“Hey, I saw you and thought you had a real nice energy about you. I knew I’d kick myself later if I didn’t say hi. My name’s ________”

That’s a sure-fire opener that will get you into a conversation with just about any girl.

Just say it with a level of seriousness. I see a lot of guys that approach and talk to women with a tone that is goofy and awkward – and they’re doing it on purpose! Usually to avoid being vulnerable in the event they’re rejected.

The beauty of this opener is that she can’t reject you. You just started a conversation based on curiosity. That’s it.

What To Say To A Girl 2: “I’m impressed…”

Letting a woman know you’re impressed with her is a subtle way of implying that she is working to get your approval. It’s a great way of flipping the tables on her so that she doesn’t think you’re just some guy trying to kiss her butt to get into her bed.

During the course of the conversation, if she says something you find interesting – or approval worthy – just say: “Huh. I’m impressed…”

She’ll feel acknowledged, and she’ll instantly feel a little pull towards you that she can’t explain.

What To Say To A Girl 3: “You look like trouble…”

This one goes way back to the old “pickup artist” days…

Basically you tell her how you see her as being a “bad girl.” Women like this mostly because they’ve been framed by society as these pure, snow-white angels of virtue. Girls can do no wrong, we’re told over and over again.

NOT!

Nothing sexier than a woman who can handle her own…

And not only is this false, she’s also dying to find a guy that knows it and is savvy enough to bring it out in the light. To talk about it.

Just tell her:

“You look like trouble. Are you planning a bank heist … like ‘Ocean’s 8’ or something?”

You’re not trying to brag your way into her world – you’re showing her that you’re seeing HER. This is a major turn-on for women.

They are obsessed with being able to cast a spell over the male mind… being so irresistible that you will crawl through miles of broken glass just to cry in her shadow.

What To Say To A Girl 4: “Maybe I was wrong about you…”

Another way to covertly flatter a woman (while positioning yourself as a high-value Alpha man) is to tell her you’re changing your mind about her.

Now, she might not have had the first care about what you think of her – at first. But once you tell her that you’re starting to warm up to her:

• She feels a jolt of approval…
• She wonders, “Wait… he didn’t like me before? WHY?”

It’s a little mind-trick, but it’s something that positions you much better in her mind than just blanketly approving of her. Most “nice guys” make this mistake of approving all over her – gushing their desire on her like a bad porn movie.

Drop that attitude now, because it’s the one thing that has kept you stuck in the friend zone with most of the women you meet.

You want to imply that you’re just starting to warm up to her, and it’s surprising. Get her to understand how she needs to step up and work for YOUR approval.

What To Say To A Girl 5: “No way…”

Again, most guys spend far too much time agreeing with women.

Another way to spark some attraction is to pull back a bit in disbelief. You can do this with slight sarcasm, or just a hint of “yeah… rrrrright.”

As your conversation progresses, and you start to warm up to each other, find a ripe moment where you can just not believe something she says.

Pique her interest with a good challenge…

Maybe she says she’s on her way to meet her mom for lunch…

“Yeah, right… I bet you use that on all the guys you’re trying to escape.”

Maybe she says she’s going to pick up her car from the shop…

“No way. You’re definitely a ‘lease the Lexus’ kind of girl. I’m not buying it.”

It’s playful and fun, with a hint of teasing.

What To Say To A Girl 6: “You like me…”

Again, in the vein of ‘things to say that reverse the roles…’

What you want to do is imply that she likes you, in a funny, non-douchey way.

• She says: “Oh, I don’t like that coffee” (or anything where she disagrees with you.)
• YOU say: “You’re starting to like me, huh?” (Smirk)

It’s your turn to play ‘hard to get’…

The humor should be there, of course. And it’s something that will get a laugh from her as well.

It’s also a way of breaking out of the usual routine of complimenting and kissing her ass all the time.

Just imply with an oblivious tone that she’s falling in like with you.

What To Say To A Girl 7: “That’s it, we’re done…”

You have to realize that 99% of all guys say the exact same things to a woman.

Usually involving him pretending to want to be a friend so he can, maybe, sneak into being her boyfriend in some magical fantasy he’s concocted in his head.

The pretending to be a friend is, of course, just another way to avoid the risk of being rejected. And in so doing ensures that he only winds up as her friend.

You have to know the kind of fun, challenging things to tell her that will spark her interest.

Who can resist cute, little furry animals?

One of the best is to pretend that you’re both already dating, and now it’s over.

“Yeah, I’m thinking we need to breakup. I’ll take the cats, you take the microwave. Deal?”

For one, woman hate the “breakup zone” so she’ll instantly be triggered to WANT to connect with you by framing it like this.

For another, it demonstrates that you can push back and disapprove of her – heck, even present yourself as a guy who can break it off with a woman. Jokingly.

There’s a lot going on with this one, and it is all good.

Plus, it’s funny.

I wrote about good pick up lines to use on girls in last week’s blog post, in which I busted the major myths around pick up lines, among other things. But while I wrote what I had to say, I got the feeling that the story wasn’t finished yet…

I forgot all about it AND good pick up lines, until today. Today on my way home in the train, this bodybuilder-like beast of a man seriously tried to pick up a girl… by asking her if she believed in love at first sight and if not if he should walk by again! I couldn’t believe he even tried his luck with that shitty line! That IDIOT!

It was almost as bad as this one:

And you know what? I puked a little inside my mouth. That’s how sickening the look on his arrogant face and the awkward silence that followed were… or maybe I’m just sick of the fact that men RUIN their chances with girls by using f*cked up ass pick up lines like the one he used! It makes me really angry…

That’s why it’s time to dig the damn grave of all shitty, lame, tacky, and f*cked up ass pick up lines out there… so here’s the sequel to last week’s blog! This time I will add even more bullets to your arsenal of ways to start conversations with girls.

To use my gun metaphor some more: what follows are bullets that have proven to hit the target with a freaking headshot!

Good Pick Up Lines: The Secret Of Identification

Sigmund Freud, an unfaithful sex addict but brilliant psychologist, was the first to discover and talk about one of the basic human needs. Which need? The need to be recognized by others. What does this have to do with meeting girls and good pick up lines? You’re about to find out…

Both guys and girls want to be recognized for what they have achieved. They want to be recognized for who they are.

People want to be identified with certain groups or statuses. It’s called identification. And it’s the reason some lines are good pick up lines, and others aren’t.

The only problem is that people dislike those that talk about their achievements a lot. Think about it: do you like people who brag their asses off all day? No you don’t.

Meanwhile, everyone STILL has the need to be recognized for their achievements… and for who they are. Since we can’t talk about it or we will be disliked and hated, we have to SHOW what we’ve done and who we are. We show and don’t tell. That means girls show and don’t tell.

Do you realize what this means? In case you’re felling kinda blonde right now, here’s what it means…

1) It means girls buy clothing that represents their personality and/or their accomplishments.
For example: the reason why expensive brands like Gucci are so popular to wear is that it tells other people you have accomplished a certain financial status. You can use facts like these to create good pick up lines you can use to approach girls…

Another example: women who wear bright colors like yellow and red are outgoing and show it to others subconsciously by the colors they’re wearing. On the other hand, women who you’ll mostly see with black or brown are generally shy and pretty quiet and subconsciously also communicate that to others by their colors.

Don’t worry, all this talk about basic human needs and psychology has a point. It plays a major part in what good pick up lines are and in how to approach girls.

There’s one more part to explain though… one more thing about how women show and don’t tell their identification… and how to use that to create good pick up lines.

2) Girls own things based on identification: things inside their room, their type of car, the things inside their purse, etc.

For example: women own item ABC and not item XYZ because they identify themselves with gothics. Women wear brands like Fubu, Kani because they identify themselves with hiphop, the ghetto, street life, etc.

Another example: say you’re inside a girls room and you see she owns a deck of tarot cards. That instantly tells you she identifies herself with people who believe in more than heaven and earth, that she’s exploring her spiritual side, that she’s a deep thinker, etc.

Sorry for the long introduction to identification here, but you need to know this so you understand what I’m about to say about good pick up lines. You need this knowledge before you’ll know…

How To Always Have Good Pick Up Lines Within Reach

Here’s the juicy secret of how to have good pick up lines for when you approach ANY woman: first you observe her identification, then you act on it. Want an example?

Here it is: you’re walking around in your favorite club downtown, drinking some beer. Then you see a cute chick standing there. There near the bar. She’s wearing a dark brownish outfit and although she’s with friends, she’s kinda quiet. What does this tell you about her?

Her clothing has the color of indifference: brown does NOT stand out. Especially in a club where it’s dark… it’s hard to notice. This tells you she doesn’t WANT TO stand out… and for a reason. You can be pretty damn sure she’s introverted, so kinda shy and quiet, and a little insecure.

Use this to come up with a couple good pick up lines!

If I were you I would approach her and literally tell her that she’s in a fun club to be in, but seems kinda quiet and shy and you wonder why. She’ll agree with you. Then it’s only a matter of asking why she’s quiet: ask if her friends brought her along while she didn’t want to go, if she maybe hates the music, etc.

Before you know it you will be the guy she can relate to, has a fun conversation with, and feels attracted to. You will be the guy that saved her night and made it awesome.

You don’t even have to tease her for it: just ask her why she’s quiet, relate to her, have a good conversation, and ask her number after 5-10 minutes.

A final example of good pick up lines: say you would be in the same club but now the cute chick standing near the bear is wearing a bright red outfit and she has a flower in her hair. Now THAT is an outfit you stand out with.

That outfit is something you get noticed for. My bet: she’s outgoing, she dressed up beautifully to have the best night of her life, she wants to have fun.

All you have to do is approach her and tell her that she looks like she dressed up to have the best (party) night of her life. You can even tease her that if you get lost inside the club that you’ll use her bright red outfit as a point of orientation. She’ll laugh. Then it’s only a matter of giving her a party: dance with her or have a drinking contest, or do other stuff people do at parties.

Moral of the story about how to get with a girl with pick up lines: the best thing to start a conversation with is talking to her about what she identifies with. The previous sentence is the definition of good pick up lines. And if you want to get some phone numbers too?

Then you give girls what they identify with right after your pick up lines. If they look shy and quiet, you have a relaxed, but enjoyable conversation with them. If they look outgoing and in the mood for a party, you bring the party TO them.

I can almost hear you think: “so how can I get better at knowing what girls identify with?”

Here are 3 tips to improve your identification so you can make good pick up lines on the spot:

– Expand your social circle with female friends, see how they dress, and hang out at their place often
– Whenever you have nothing to do, go outside and do some people watching: guess people’s identity based on what they own/wear
– Next time you approach a girl, first take a couple seconds to observe her clothes… and draw your conclusions

And hey… don’t feel overwhelmed about getting to know a girl’s identification. It gets easier the more you use the 3 quick tips above. And me personally?

2) Pick up lines are all about what you say, not HOW you say it = NOT true

Myth #1: There are pick up lines that work on ALL girls

Every girl on the planet has a different history, was raised in a different way, looks different from all other girls, and so on. No two girls are the same, which is why good pick up lines may work well on girl A while they absolutely fail with girl B.

And even if you have pick up lines to use on girls that are about say, a girl’s looks, so those you could use on almost ANY good-looking girl?

There’s no guarantee those lines will work, because girls are emotional creatures. Their moods can change faster than you can put on your socks in the morning. The same pick up line you now fail with could very well have worked an hour from now, because the girl is in a bad mood right now.

So forget about lines like how heaven is missing an angel, that she’s a thief because she stole your heart, the lines about if she believes in love at first sight. These aren’t good pick up lines but the WORST damn lines ever! They don’t work, unless you make fun of them… but more on that later…

Reversal pick up lines as I call them work because you’re playfully teasing women with them. Playful teasing boosts the attraction because you show women you’re not impressed by their looks and not chasing them (like most men do). This makes you different from all other men and thus interesting.

Plus, with teasing you’re doing the exact opposite of chasing women: you’re challenging them to show you more than just looks.

Hell, with teasing you’re challenging women to prove to you that they’re worthy of chasing. In short: it’s playing hard to get… and women secretly love men who are hard to get!

Here’s a thought: “Would it be a good idea to use teasing in pick up lines to use on girls Carlos?”

Hell yeah it’s a good idea… and it’s a freaking brilliant Einstein-like idea if you use reversals!

Commenting on a woman’s appearance, personality, friends or lifestyle by accusing her of being or doing the exact opposite of what she’s trying to be or do.

Yes they are good… and no they’re not difficult.

They’re the easiest way to pick up girls I can think of… and it’s best if I give you examples of reversals so you will know they’re easy as can be too:

1) She: is a short girl, with short being anything BELOW your height

So you say: “I’m curious: how tall are you anyway? Be honest here: you need to duck 1000 times a day because all doorposts are below your height, right?”

This reversal pick up line makes fun of her height, because you and her both know she’s short as hell

2) She: is a girl who looks tired, bored, like she’s resting, etc.

So you say: “Wow! You look more awake than a cocaine junkie who’s spacing around all paranoid because of his white powder! What’s your secret?”

This reversal pick up line is just one of many reversals which are good pick up lines to use on girls. This one makes fun of the fact she’s tired in an over-the-top way, but you can easily use your imagination to accuse a woman of the opposite you’re seeing right in front of you!

3) She: is a girl at work who isn’t smiling, laughing, or having fun with customers or colleagues. In short: she looks like she’s not enjoying her job that much.

So you say: “You know what I see when I see you? The employee of the month! There’s no one who looks more enthusiastic about her job than you do! You won’t get another job for at least 50 years, right?”

This reversal pick up line makes fun of the fact that it’s a little too obvious that she doesn’t want to be there and would rather be home than at work.

4) She: is talking to a random person and says or does something dumb and realizes it (this happens more often than you’d think)

So you say: “Wow! Wow! That was really… intelligent. What was your natural hair color again? Super smart brunette, correct?”

You need that to make a line create attraction.

These reversals are good pick up lines to use on girls even if they DON’T work. Why? Because earlier on in this blog post I showed you how to make ANY pick up line work:

By walking away from a woman for a couple steps if it fails, turning around, walking back towards her, and making fun of another pick up line and ask if it had more effect.

There are not that many girls on this planet of ours that first dislike the line you used, ANY line… and then also dislike the fact that they realized you were making fun of bad pick up lines.

Women love to make fun of bad pick up lines, which is why you now have the power to make every pick up line known to man work…

I’m not a guy who likes to brag, but you have to agree with me here when I say: knowing this about pick up lines to use on girls is pretty awesome, right!?

No matter how good a pick up line is… and no matter how long or hard you make women laugh or giggle with it? The story doesn’t end there, because you still need to get a girl’s phone number.

So what is this thing you still need to do then?

Talk dude, talk. You need to freaking talk after a line! Why?
