Carlos, I’ve been going out on a ton of dates lately, but I’ve run up against some obstacles.

I get into conversations with women, but I can’t seem to break into the “attraction zone” with many of the women. They all seem to keep me on this friendship level, and I don’t know what to do.

More than that, your whole BODY gives off signals that women pick up INSTANTANEOUSLY.

Here’s the first thing you should understand about women: They have a HIGHLY sensitive radar that will have you figured out within mere seconds.

1) She is attracted when… she makes or tries to make direct eye contact

2) She repeats words you always use. Example: I always say “lame!” when I dislike something. I know I’m a big influence in her life if she starts saying “lame!” more than usual as well.

3) She is licking her lips when she looks at you

4) If you talk to her for the first time and she talks to you longer than she has to. Example: you get her number and she keeps talking or asks you questions after you get the number.

5) She is attracted when… she starts playing with her hair when talking to you or when she’s near you

6) If she calls you for no apparent reason. Women make a habit of calling the guy they’re most interested in when they’re bored. This is even more true when they are at a party, birthday, or other social event they don’t enjoy or didn’t want to go to.

7) She is attracted when… she moves her body towards you when she’s talking to you or when she’s near you

8 ) She agrees with you while she didn’t agree before. Example: she herself may say she hates gangster movies, but when you later tell her you love gangster movies? She suddenly agrees that gangster movies are good. She’s trying to impress you! This is one of the most important signs she likes you.

Tip: if she also looked that way when you met her the first time? It’s not a big deal that she’s dressed classy and sexy. If she didn’t look like that before, she’s interested!

12) When going on a (first) date, she “suddenly” gets a call from someone while you were in the bathroom taking a piss. Or, when you’re with her? She walks away from you a little bit. Women make a habit of asking their best friend to call them after 1 to 2 hours so they have an easy excuse to leave if they think the date sucks.

Tip: if she asks a friend to call her and you’re not sure if she likes you? You’ll know she sees your get together as a date. That means she’s interested!

13) She is attracted when… when she looks at you and slightly tilts her head

14) If she’s talking to you and she quickly stops talking when you’re quiet and just looking at her. It’s an easy sign that you’re making her shy, which means it’s the PERFECT time to either tease her about her shyness or to give her a great compliment. This is another one of those easy to see signs she likes you!

Hint: see that little twinkle in her eyes? That little sprakle during the moment you two are both quiet? That’s the best sign a woman is interested in you. Best sign ever!

15) She sends a drink over to you

16) If you meet her for the first time, she’s with friends, and she and her lady friends whisper to each other and/or giggle while you don’t know what they’re talking or giggling about.

Hint: she and her friend(s) are discussing how hot you are and how far she’ll go with you tonight. No, I’m not kidding! Women talk about everything, even that.

17) She is attracted to you when… she crosses her legs with one leg pointed right at you

18) When making eye contact with her, she looks away first. It means she’s impressed by you or she wouldn’t look at all AND wouldn’t look away.

19) When trying to make eye contact with her after she looked away, she tries to keep looking away. It means she wants to look, but either there is someone else with her who doesn’t want her to look (example: her mother).

Hint: it can also mean she was already impressed when she first saw you and she is trying hard not to be desperate. Women that do this will get really, really shy when you talk to them because they’re desperate but don’t want you to know…

20) She lets someone say “hi” to you for her. Example: her best friend Amanda says “Cindy asked me to say hi!”. It can also be something like “Cindy says hello” or “Cindy sends her regards” or “Cindy asked how you were doing.”

Hint: Women usually ask their friends to say “hi” for them when they met you at a birthday or party and want to get to know you better, but don’t know how to contact you. It means they’re interested… AND a little desperate!

As you can see dude:

There are a lot of subtle and not so subtle signs a woman is interested in you. Just remember that her body will always tell you more about if she likes you than her words can.

Why?

Because studies have proven that 93% of human communication is done with the bosy and only 7% with the voice.

Unfortunately, the brutal truth is that most men SUCK at reading body language. A lot of men keep asking and asking… and asking me about the signs a woman is interested in you.

They just don’t know if the women they’re talking to likes them. If she is attracted to them or not, they just don’t know

So, when in doubt? When not sure if she likes you?

Assume she likes you.

There’s a 93% chance your doubts are WRONG because men suck at understanding 93% of human communication well.

This makes why looks matter THE perfect topic to talk about for me, firstly because looks are actually important… and secondly, maybe… maybe I wanna talk about it because I’m just a big dramaqueen who likes controversy from time to time.

It’s quite funny to me to see all these dating coaches, dating experts, and dating gurus struggle to give you reasons why looks don’t matter, but looks matter. They do. Really!

Don’t get me wrong, they matter less than most guys think they do, but looks matter in entirely different ways than just “he’s hot” or “he’s ugly” type of thinking.

So before I throw my top 10 reasons why looks matter at you, I want to point out to you that looks DON’T matter like you think they do. If that sounds strange, I promise you, it will make a lot more sense after you checked out the following top 10…

Sex On The First Date And Why Looks Matter

There has been some very interesting research going on lately. The best example is this research project that studied the reasons why and the reasons why not… of women having sex on the first date. The results were surprising, because as it turns out?

Women are far more likely to sleep with a guy on the first date if he’s well groomed. And with well groomed they mean: shaven, hair perfectly trimmed and styled, clean nails, not too much body hair (women don’t hate HOB – Hair On Back – for nothing!) and so on.

The difference between well groomed guys and not so well groomed guys was amazing: twice as much chance of sex on the first date when well groomed. This is why looks matter.

Clearly, personal hygiene plays a bigger role in one night stand dynamics than we used to think.

And then they say the “pretty boy” look is gay. Guess not. It’s sexy. Looks matter when it comes to one night stands.

Food for (not so serious) thought here: is that why women in chick flicks tend to fall in love with gay guys?

Why Looks Matter Reason #2: The Halo Effect

Ever heard of Robert Cialdini? His bestselling book Influence is one of the finest works on the psychology behind persuasion ever. In it, he describes several research projects that seemed to prove the existence of what he called “the halo effect”.

The halo effect works like this: people tend to think that more attractive people are also happier, outgoing, more successful, kinder and have many other positive traits. In less-individualistic cultures beautiful people are assumed to have traits that those cultures value, such as concern for others, loyalty and integrity.

The stereotype acts as a self-fulfilling prophecy where the perception of attractive people as more valuable members of society leads to their receiving preferential treatment, positive feedback and tangible benefit. This is a big part of why looks matter.

Could this be a clue about why women tend to have sex on the first date way more often if the guy is well groomed? So, that a guy with excellent personal hygiene is considered to be good looking and receives all of the benefits of the halo effect because of it?

As you can see: this is another good reason why looks matter!

Why Looks Matter Reason #3: Catering To Criteria

As a dating coach, I can tell from experience that your style of clothing matters. I’ve seen it a million times with my students, but let me tell you about some of my personal experiences with catering to criteria.

Over here in the Netherlands, there are lots of Middle Eastern and North African (Maroccan, Egyptian, etc.) women. A symbol of islamic and Middle Eastern pride is the shawls Arafat (Palestinian leader, R.I.P.) always used to wear. You know, those shawls with blocks of red and white or black and white?

Well, guess what?

Whenever it’s cold in the winter I put one of those shawls on… and Middle Eastern and North African women magically start looking my way a hell of a lot more, try to make eye contact like all the time, smile at me constantly… and the list goes on and on. This is why looks matter dude!

In the summer though, I love wearing caps. Maybe because I was born and raised on basketball, maybe not. Anyways, the moment I walk around with my basketball caps on, wearing a standard color t-shirt (white, black, blue, something like that)?

Urban women magically start looking my way a hell of a lot more. Black women, latin women, “ghetto-ish” women…

Why? Because looks matter!

And because I’m displaying a trait of their type of man, the type of guy they would be interested in. So, meeting women that are your type works both way. Say you like latin women, then your best bet is to not only go to salsa, merengue, and reggaeton parties but to also start wearing Spanish looking stuff. T-shirts with Spanish texts, artists, flags, and so on.

It makes a difference… and winning with women exactly that: standing out in a sea of boring, desperate losers that women can’t ever feel attracted to.

Why Looks Matter Reason #4: Best Practices For The Bedroom

Ever had one of those moments in the bedroom where you WANTED to go on, but you just couldn’t because you’re legs or sixpack were giving up on you? Like it or not, you’ll be using your sixpack a LOT during sex… just think about the movement you’re making. It’s tightening and loosening your abs allll the time.

So, working on your abs and physical condition makes you last longer in the bedroom. The longer you last, the better in bed you (can) be and the more pleasure you can give women. And that’s important: it’s been proven that the main reason for women cheating on their man is because he couldn’t satisfy them sexually.

And no matter how you put it, working on your stamina (your physical condition) simply makes you look better… look fitter. If you really go at it, you’ll get yourself a nice sixpack, firm legs (women check those out, that’s why I said it)…

Another reason why looks matter: better looks = better physical condition = being better in bed…

Looks Matter Because Of Negative Emotions Too

Negative emotions can KILL your chances with women and your current relationships. We tend to project our emotions on the people we care about the most. So, if I’m feeling frustrated, angry, disappointed, and so forth a lot of times… guess who will suffer from it? The woman you like the most.

Either you’ll “bash” your girlfriend with the negative emotions that can’t go anywhere else, or you’ll scare the woman you want to ask out with your negative atmosphere that signals neediness and frustration = attraction killers all over the place.

What do looks have to do with that? What do negative emotions have to do with why looks matter?

Simple: if you find yourself an outlet for the negative energy you collect for all kinds of reasons, you’ll be more open, more social, more patient, and more confident. These are all traits that women like… and what’s the easiest and most effective way to get rid of your negative energy?

Working out.

And there you have it: another area of life where the dating game and looks intertwine, because as you know, working out makes you look better, fitter, more muscular, etc. while it helps you get rid of those nasty negative emotions that will have a bad influence on your dating success.

Recent research has shown that although men are very good at recognizing negative body language (hostile threats), we SUCK at recognizing positive body language (indicators of interest, smiles, and so on). That’s the area of body language that women can easily recognize.

Do you understand what that means?

It means that by nature, we’re at a disadvantage in the dating game compared to women caus’ it takes us longer to see that a woman is interested in us… and being interested is the requirement for escalating things physically.

Put simply: if I don’t know a woman likes me, I won’t try to get physical with her… unless I would be a rapist off course.

Meanwhile, women decide what’s going to happen at the end of the day, because if they don’t feel comfortable and safe enough around us they won’t make that next step with us.

The result: getting physical with women is far from an A to Z process, it’s much more a two steps forward, one step back kind of thing.

Sounds difficult huh?

But once you know what those steps actually are, what they mean and how they relate… you’ll find that the 2 steps forward and 1 back approach to getting physical with women will almost always get you what you want.

And right after that? It’s time to explore those steps I mentioned! Let’s look at some body language examples.

There are five of ’em: get personal, get friendly, get dominant, get facial, and get sexual.

Getting Physical With A Woman Step 1: Get Personal

 
When I first started meeting and dating women, I hardly made any physical contact at all. Even worse, I didn’t even make physical contact with my female friends beyond two kisses on the cheeks on their birthdays. I felt really uncomfortable about it. Looking back on it, I can only laugh and say it’s sad because you HAVE to get personal if you want to get physical.

Here’s the juicy secret: from a body language perspective, humans have what I call “intimacy zones”. They differ from culture to culture but it basically comes down to this:

– Get within 0-2 feet – we know each other intimately: we’re dating, best friends, and so on
– Get within 2-4 feet – you’re a friend or family, whatever’s the case… we know each other
– Get within 4+ feet – I don’t know you or hardly know you

If I feel comfortable when you go into my 0-2 feet intimacy zone, so when you can stand really close to me for longer periods of time without me being bothered by it… you can bet your ass that we know each other intimately.

And the first step to getting physical with women is getting into that zone without bothering her. And to do that, you need to create comfort. You need to create a connection. Find stuff you have in common, make her laugh, playfully tease her, ask her open ended questions so you can get her know her and you can get as close as you want.

If you can see her getting uncomfortable when you get in her 0-2 feet zone, first check if she’s getting shy (which is a good thing dude – she likes you!) or uncomfortable in a bad way. If it’s in a bad way, it’s 1 step back and doing more of what I just mentioned before you try again.

That’s the 2 steps forward and 1 step back approach: you give it a try and if she isn’t comfortable with it yet, you take 1 step back and create more comfort for 10-15 minutes and then you try again until it works.

A “no” in the world of body language almost never means an actual no. It means “I’m not ready yet, give me more and try again.” So always try to take things to the next step and let her decide the tempo. You don’t care how long it will take you as long as it happens, know what I mean? Sometimes you have to lose the battle to win the war dude, so take 2 steps forward and 1 step back.

It’s real easy to get personal, but that actually makes a lot of guys forget this important step. They hardly notice when a girl gets uncomfortable, when she’s not fine with the closest intimacy zone yet. So practice it. Practice getting as close to her as possible.

Getting Physical With A Woman Step 2: Get Friendly

 
Notice how good friends subconsciously touch each other a lot without realizing it… don’t worry, I mean that in the most non-gay way ever.

Some of the stuff you do with friends and family without realizing it gives you a way to make a woman get used to you touching her, which is VERY important if you ever want to get sexual with her.

It’s surprising for me to see that almost no guy who’s on a date out there actually does the stuff I’m about to share with you because he thinks dating and socializing are different… but they aren’t so far. Here’s what you can do to get friendly:

– Give a pat on the back
– If the teasing goes back and forth, push her around a little bit (play fight with her)
– While talking to her, let your hand rest on her shoulder or touch her upper arm (sounds awkward, but lots of people do it)
– Playful behavior: pinch her, tickle her, pull her hair, lift her up, mock her by hugging her if she calls you mean and so on. These are all great body language examples, so try them!

Here’s a juicy secret: if you want to get friendly really fast, start seeing a woman as your bratty little sister. How would you treat your bratty little sister if you and her would still be young? You would pinch her, tickle her, pull her hair, lift her up, mock her by hugging her if she calls you mean and so on.

Whether they’ll admit it or not, women love that stuff… so start doing it.

Why do this and why not just skip this step? Simple: the more friendly you get, the more of a connection you’ll have with a woman and the more comfortable she’ll feel around you. The kinds of physical contact I just described create a stronger bond than you’d think.

Getting Physical With A Woman Step 3: Get Dominant

 
This domain is owned by the gentlemen because whether you realize it or not, they’re being dominant and taking the lead when showing manners. Say a guy opens the door for a woman and stretches out his arm: “ladies first” he says. What he’s actually doing is telling her to go in, he’s LEADING her in and that means dominance my friend.

Dominance is attractive… and the more you do the following, the easier and faster you can get facial and get sexual. Basically, if you do this part right? You won’t have to take 1 step back. Here’s the list:

– Going somewhere with her? Then grab her hand and lead her there. Not just when you’re walking on the street dude, no I’m talking about always doing it. In a club on the dancefloor and want to sit down with her? Grab her hand… or at the bar and wanna go outside with her? Grab her hand. Always do it. PERIOD.
– Holding her hand? Squeeze it a little and if she squeezes back? She likes you. It’s as simple as that.
– Going in or leaving a venue? Hold the door open for her and tell her that ladies go first.
– Driving a car? Hold the door open for her before you yourself get in.
– Going in a venue and wearing a coat or jacket? Help her take of her coat. Put it back on when leaving.
– Going to sit down? Pull out her chair for her. This is another one of those great body language examples
– Rain or hail? Keep her dry by holding the umbrella for her, holding a newspaper or even your coat above her head.
– Crossing the street? Gently guide her by letting your hand rest on her lower back
– Walking up (or down) some stairs, moving from street to sidewalk and so on? Hold out your hand and help her get up or down.
– Don’t forget this important one: when sitting down, make her sit on your lap.

Being this dominant is attractive, plus women will be charmed by your gentleman behavior but here’s a juicy secret: you can mix it up by teasing women with all of this. Pull out her chair and then pull it out even further when she’s sitting down so she almost falls, pretend to drop her coat when you put in on her, etc. Playful teasing is attractive as well so go right ahead and do it.

So go 2 steps forward and 1 back again: be a gentleman 2 times, and trick her the third time. It has never failed me yet!

Getting Physical With A Woman Step 4: Get Facial

 
This is the area that separates the close friends from the lovers. Getting facial isn’t something out of a spa or porn flick, it has to do with touching her head, her face especially. Just look around next time you’re in public and see the difference between lovers and friends: lovers touch each others faces, friends hardly ever do that.

Remember me telling you how men suck at recognizing when a woman’s interested? Well, this step requires you to gauge whether she’s interested or not. Most men think they need to know all kinds of signals of interest, but in reality?

If she has been playing along with all of these steps so far, especially with getting dominant, she’s interested in you 9 out of 10 times so stop being unsure about her interest, be a man, and take action on it. Don’t overthink it.

Same goes for kissing her. Why overthink it? If you’re on a date, things are going well, and you just completed step 3, then why not stop her in the middle of the street, let her face you and go for that kiss?

It’s the type of dominant behavior women CRAVE. They’ve been reading about it for ages in those sleazy romance novels man… about a guy who takes what he wants when he wants it. So start doing that.

And if you’re really, really unsure? There’s 2 ways of testing if she’s ready to be kissed:

1) If she’s talking, do the Triangle. First look at her left eye a couple seconds, then her right eye, then her lips and repeat the process. You literally make a triangle with your eyes, and if she stops talking when you do that? Then the sexual tension made her stop talking and you can kiss her. 99% of the women stop talking…

2) When talking, touch her hair or one of her cheeks and gently stroke it (make a compliment about it when you think you need an excuse). If she’s fine with it? I think you know more than enough…

In my view, even kissing can be escalated. You start with a good long kiss, but “tongue raping” someone is way more intimate than kissing so first kiss romantically, then go for the tongue rape after that.

One of the most sensitive spots for any woman is her neck, so make sure you’re a little devil who “accidentally” kissed her in the neck a couple times. Oops you aimed wrong, whatever.

The moment you’ll turn her on big time is when you go from kissing to tongue to her neck, and then suddenly take a step back by offering a massage. You guessed it: it’s 2 steps forward and 1 step back!

Getting Physical With A Woman Step 5: Get Sexual

 
All women LOVE men who are dominant in bed so again being a man who’s the dominant action taker works here. Sometimes ripping off her clothes is enough once you two are in the bedroom. I’m not kidding.

If she resists and/or doesn’t start to undress you, it’s better to lead into getting sexual. My perfect way of doing that is a massage, but screw shoulder massages here. I never do those. Simply offer her to massage her back with some oil. Why?

First off, oil is erotic in the bedroom. Secondly, if you’re gonna massage her back she has to take of her shirt so she’ll start to get used to taking of her clothes. Then it’s just you, her back and her bra. If she likes it, you can even make her take of her pants by offering to massage her legs with oil too.

And oh yeah… did I mention massages (when done well) turn a woman on like CRAZY?

From there it’s simply offering a full body massage: make her turn around, kiss her when she does, take of her bra and the rest is history…

Why make things hard for yourself by trying to get her to lay down when you kiss her as she’s sitting in a chair, when you can get her to lay down herself for your massage?

I’m 100% sure that you can get a woman in your bed with these body language examples, because I always do!

The vast majority of men are unfortunately BLIND for all the opportunities presenting themselves all around them when we’re talking about female body language. They probably think body language works just like the image below:

But female body language doesn’t work like that, which is why we as men are so bad at recognizing signs of interest. We think A, while it actually means B.

I already talked about this in my other blog post about the signs a woman is interested in you, but…

But it never hurts to see some more examples of how we miss out on important female body language signals, right? Here we go:

– We think she was just looking because she had to mind her step
– We think that she moves around while sitting over there because she’s an active, spontaneous kinda girl
– We think that she’s just doing her hair or playing with her hair because she wants to make sure it looks pretty…

But these are all signs she likes you! Hell, if you know a thing or two about female body language then you would know that a lot more women are interested than you think…

Women give SO much clues that they like you and would like to continue to the next step with you. Female body language is so obvious, that it just SHOCKS me how many fellas out there walk around being single for weeks, maybe even months or YEARS.

We always seem to think that it was “just a look” or “a normal thing to do for anything”…but nine times out of ten? It was a pure GREEN LIGHT, inviting you to come talk to her, or do MORE with her once you did…

They actually feel REJECTED when you don’t approach them after they gave you their “body clue”, and here us men are feeling rejected after one conversations that doesn’t end well! Women feel constant rejection, and it’s time for you to heal the wounds and let them know that you’ve noticed..

Here’s an advantage of noticing the opportunities too, think about it: if she signals you, she lets you know she likes you FIRST…so approaching her and getting the number is just a formality, you only have to make sure you don’t screw up and BORE her, come across desperate or shallow, and create attraction..

So I want to give you some female body language training, show you how WOMEN want you to know, so you’ll never miss out on an opportunity again…

P.S: I’m an average looking guy, far from Brad Pitt material and still I count around 20 female body language signals PER DAY when I just take the train to work, work, have lunch, work some more and go back by train…20 without even looking for it – maybe now you’ll know how MUCH you’ve been missing.

Female Body Language That Means She Likes You

– She’s looking at you longer than usual (studies have shown that it takes an average human brain LESS than half a second to see and recognize an object so we won’t trip over it or have a collission..so anything BEYOND that is her looking at you for a reason! Always look around wherever you are at to see who’s already looking, even online: the last visits page!)

– Prolonged eye contact (either establishing eye contact with someone already looking at you or looking at someone until they look back, again…the half a second rule applies)

– Since eye contact is so important, here’s another: if she looks at you and you at her, and she looks away? That’s not rejection, that’s her BEING SHY..being nervous about the sudden sexual tension

– She’s in the vicinity longer than usual (she stays juuust a little longer than usual ordering a drink or talking to someone near you, after her friends have already moved to another spot, etc. it means “here I am, take me now!”)

– She’s touching you subtly by putting her hand on your wrist or arm, pushing you or stomping you as to say “how could you! you’re mean” (pay attention: a lot of times, YOU are given signals of interest during normal conversation without even noticing it…)

– Here’s a juicy secret: I highly recommend you go out on to the streets or to a club or wherever with a girl you’ve befriended and ASK her which woman is interested in you, ask her to tell which signals she sees…you’ll be AMAZED, trust me. The people who can recognize female body language that means “I’m interested” are… OTHER women!

– She’s stroking, twisting or throwing around her hair near you (sign of interest, the body language way of hihi or you make me shy!)

– She’s got her legs crossed with the upper foot pointing towards you (clear sign of interest)

– She positions her body during conversation towards you as to say “I’m open to you”

– She leans in to talk to you

– She starts powdering her noise, doing her make-up otherwise or wetting her lips around you (even if she’s sitting in another row of chairs and facing you).

– She can’t sit still or stand still around you (she’s nervous around you because she can feel tension, sexual tension that is). That’s some obvious female body language that says “I like you, because I care about what you think of me so I’m getting nervous”

– She’s swallowing with her throat a bit TOO much around you (it’s like she ate something she can’t swallow, and it’s a CLEAR sign of nervousness, see above for why that is a good thing again)

– She’s fidgeting around with her hands, nails, feet, legs, etc. (again, nervousness). This female body language signal clearly means “I’m nervous about what you will think of me. What you think is important, because I like you…”

– She smiles back when you smile at her or even in her direction (she’ll only give a slight smile then – but it’s there)

– She waves back or at you or smiles when you wave at her

– If you raise your eyebrows twice as to say “how about you and me go do something..”, the naughty eyebrows or so-to-speak, and she smiles? You’re in!

– If someone else is telling someone about her when you’re around (and you too know each other vaguely, but not in that way), and she blushes? Chances are that she values your opinion

– If you two know each other vaguely and she approaches YOU to start a conversation about some very NOT important thing (women are nervous too, meaning that THEY will open you with small talk because they don’t know how else to do it…just as much as YOU did when you didn’t know)

– If she pays more attention to you than people need to asses physical danger and “what’s happening now curiosity”..meaning: you walk somewhere, sit your but down on some chair or bench or whatever somewhere or you leave somewhere and her eyes follow you in your movements? That’s not just seeing things my friend, and if she’s not your enemy (your ex, you had a fight etc. and she’s keeping an eye on you out of distrust)..then it’s interest (ESPECIALLY if you two don’t know each other – looking your way way more than once also fits this category)

One More Thing About Female Body Language

Do you know how many places I pass through on any given day? AT LEAST 10: walking to the train, waiting for the train, in the train, walking from train to work, at work, outside during the breaks, walking to train, waiting for it, in the train, walking back to my place.

Really open your eyes and be CONSCIOUS about your environment next time you go out the door, make an effort of looking everywhere around you with no music or newspaper or whatever to distract you, pay close attention..and you’ll see… all the female body language that reveals plenty of women are interested in you!

Body language is not the be all, end all, but the whole purpose of this post is to make you realize that there are MORE opportunities for WARM approaches (where she already has an interest in you) out there than you think.

How to make sure you create attraction, to recognize manipulation and so on..now THOSE are subjects for another post. But for now? I hope you liked these examples of female body language!

How many of you have seen all these Body Language programs by various dating gurus and Pick Up Artists?

Did you notice that they MOSTLY go into the basics of facial expressions, the stuff you can figure out for yourself using pure logic? Did you see how they talk about voice tone, posture and eye contact being important? But there’s SO much more beyond that my dear readers, WAY more!

So, today…we’re going to investigate FACIAL EXPRESSIONS.

When you say something, not only do your words matter, but also it’s about how you use your voice. Next to that, your body posture further empowers what you’re saying (although most men don’t have a CLUE, lol!)…but your facial expressions do even more!

Think about the difference being the same as dropping one bomb, or one CLUSTER bomb. So where can one practice all of these? First of all, you can always practice in front of the mirror…but if that makes you feel like a total ass, than why not engage in conversations with another state of mind?

See conversations as your very own opportunities to improve every little facet of your facial expressions and Body Language, pretend to be acting in the latest and greatest Godfather movie if you have to!

Movies are EXCELLENT in teaching you Body Language btw, if only you’d pay close attention to every aspect of the actors body!

But… how do you use a facial expression to create attraction? Can attracting women with your face be done?

Good question! And yes it CAN be done!

First of all, we have to make distinctions here just like last time. The human face consists of various elements, and most of them can empower whatever you’re saying…so we need to talk about most of them!

Facial Expressions: Can Eyebrows Be Attractive?

Eyebrows are NOT just two lines of hair, one above every eye, that prevent sweat from nearing the eye or whatever, HELL NO! The average guy keeps them still for life, and he’s a dumb ass. You should use your eyebrows in one of the following ways…

– The opener: me & my close, personal friend who’s a natural in the dating game have opened DOZENS of women just by making eye contact, lifting both eyebrows once and smiling at them. You’ll be surprised at how MANY women will start to smile back, which is a sign of interest. Nobody said facial expressions had to be difficult to understand and use dude!

– The naughty duo: whenever you use pause in your speech and want to come across naughty, sexual (i.e. when saying: do you like all kinds of…meat?) you can EMPOWER the meaning of what you said by lifting both eyebrows rapidly two to three times. The woman you’ll be talking to will IMMEDIATELY know you’re being naughty, and the sentence will have DOUBLE the effect. Even when you lift your eyebrows this way WITHOUT words, they’ll know what you mean, as such you can make ANY sentence sexual and naughty. When you do this you’ll be saying “shall we?” or “I know something, and you know it too!” with your face. Examples: so you had a nice weekend huh? (lift, lift) shall we go out tonight? (lift, lift). You can even use it to come across challenging: well come on than girl! (lift, lift)

– Mister picky: whenever you want to challenge a girl or be picky about her, something happening around you or whatever she’s saying you raise only one eyebrow. This is just one of many facial expressions that will convey “yeah right”, “whateeever you say”, “I think you’re dumb” etc. with your face…it’s the universal sign of disapproval and will make her want to prove herself TWICE as fast than normal. Once again, doing this will speak for itself and she’ll pick up on it RIGHT AWAY. Examples: so you’re 26 and only had one boyfriend? (raise) you think you can handle it? (raise)

– F*ck it: whenever you want to display indifference, a “whatever attitude”, you can lift your eyebrows simultaneously and keep them raised. This conveys “not impressed”, “pfff”etc. to women…which can be VERY useful if she throw you another shit test OR if you want to tease her if she does something for you by pretending you’re not impressed! Same goes for the rest…you can actually fool them into believing you’re being picky, while you’re in fact teasing her.

Facial Expressions: Use Your Mouth To Grab Her Attention

Most guys in the community will tell you that a smile matters, but that’s not the only thing you can do with your mouth that works my friend! Off course women like a man who smiles, in fact, research has shown that if you show women 100 faces at the same tim, they can pick the couple of faces that are smiling out of there within SECONDS! So off course you should smile, but you should also EXPAND your view beyond just smiling.

– The sad face: this facial expression is really funny and almost always gets you your way. You make a sad face when you pout your lips (it works best if you curl your lower lip as far out as possible) as to say to her “you’re being really mean now and you make me sad”. Women are very emotional creatures, and the only time they don’t fall for this is if you’ve been on a ball busting streek with them that day, otherwise? Go for it! See if she’s willing to pay your lunch, your date, your drink, give you a masage after, etc. it’s fun for YOU, and no one does it

– The fake smile: now this is the comedian among facial expressions. This one is also really funny, but this one takes some effort on your end because you need to be able to keep a straight, emotionless face. Say she tells you a joke that’s not funny and you want to tease her, or say she busts your balls and you can’t think of a reply a.s.a.p. What you do is quickly (for one or two seconds) make your closed lips as wide as possible to create this ‘big smile’, but RIGHT after it you return to the normal, emotionless face. This one is KILLER when you have a “joker girl” on your hands.

– The slight smile: this is the killer among facial expressions, because it works in the absolute best way if you bust her balls, playfully tease her or challenge her. You give her a slight smile when you smile at normal width, but with closed lips and it says “I know something you don’t”, “I’ve got you now missy!” and so many other things. So you first bust her balls and immediately after you make AND maintain the slight smile, why? Because if you were busting balls correctly SHE will laugh her ass off, while YOU are being calm as fuck smiling like you know something she doesn’t. My favorite one because it has multiple purposes (I’ll get back to that later).

– Corner of the mouth: this works much like the mr. Picky in that you also want to convey you’re disapproving, only NOW you’re doing it with your mouth. What you do is flex the muscles in one of your cheeks and pull your mouth to the side, making it look something like this |– after which you make a tss sound. This one works even BETTER if you shake your head while doing it, making it a BIG and powerful “oh you silly, silly girl” move.

– The tongue: when you’re playfully teasing, joking around, or going to do something wild…you can give it THAT much more meaning with your tongue. YES you heard that right: the tongue is an essential part of in my opinion ALL facial expressions. Why? Because with playful teasing and joking around you just stick it out in the middle towards the person you’re talking to or in general. When you’re going to do something wild it’s from the corner of the mouth as to say “I’m crazy” (it’s the live version of the emoticon)

One more thing… it never hurts to practice each facial expression in the mirror!

Facial Expressions: Positions Of The Face

Don’ts? Well, there aren’t any because NO ONE seems to be using the position of their face strategically! So let’s get straight to the positions of the face. Once again, they EMPOWER what you’re saying OR want to convey.

– Arrogance: particularly useful when you want to tease her about something you think she’s WAY too proud of. You hold your head up WAY too high as to say “ha! Here I, your majesty, come” and it’s KILLER when imitating HER being cocky or too proud OR other people (!). You can also use it subtly when you yourself are being picky. Why does this come across as arrogance? Because with this facial expression, we point our head/vision higher thus saying “I’m above all that”.

– Angling: this means positioning your face at an angle of the person you’re talking to in order for the body language to come across better, and it’s in my opinion only useful to add more meaning to your eyebrows. Why? Go to your mirror NOW and look at your face from right up front, and now turn your head…do you notice that your facial features all of a sudden look flatter when angling it? Guess what happens to the eyebrows…NOTHING, because they’re not vertically positioned but horizontally and thus this makes them look bigger than the rest (which means they’ll draw more attention to themselves).

– Thinking: When you tilt your head in the same way you would when you lay your head on someone’s shoulder. It may seem to be something that has nothing to do with facial expressions at first, like non-game body language at first, but you can actually tease with it by adding a LOT of tension to a request. Example: say a girl asks if you could please help her with her homework. You tilt your head “hmm…let me think”, you add to the body language by grabbing your chin with your fingers (everyone does this subconsciously when thinking), and you tease by saying “uhmmm, no!” and than make her work for it!

Facial Expressions: Using The Eyes To Create Attraction

The eyes are SEVERELY overlooked when it comes to Body Language, and I want to do them justice. You see, men keep the eyes still, unchanged during conversation. That’s fine with me, but it’s NOT generating attraction. There are three ways of doing this though:

– What the f*ck: whenever a woman is talking about something out of the ordinary (that doesn’t belong than and there) or does or says something stupid/weird…you stare at her with WIDE open eyes just like the emoticon when you do this right, she’ll immediately start laughing out of embarassment because she knows you saw…and are now giving your disapproval. Whenever they come up with ideas you don’t like, you can also do this by starting and than going from side to side withyour eyes a couple of times as to say “uhh, don’t know about that one”

– Half open eyes: when you start saying things with half open eyes together with a slight smile, you’ve all of a sudden become naughty, bad, horny…I don’t think that’s naughty, but I’ve tried it on several women and THEY all see “there he goes with that dirty mind look again!” This is the dirtbag among facial expressions to women, while it’s normal behavior to me… lol!

– Blinking: whenever she accuses you of “you did it!” or that you’re a bad boy, naughty boy whatever…so in any event where you want to come across like the sweet, innocent angel? Look to your eyebrows with your eyes and blink quickly around 10 times while saying how you’re an angel, you’re innocent etc. Facial expressions like this one empower what you’re saying by letting them know you’re ACTING, so you’re teasing them with it.

Were you ever in a situation where you saw an amazingly beautiful woman, but then DIDN’T approach her because you didn’t know something witty to say, regardless of your voice tone?

Have you ever had those awkward silences where you just couldn’t think of what to say next, then the conversation bled to death… and you ended up beating yourself in the head for hours because you felt so STUPID? Ever had MORE trouble approaching other women afterwards because this fed your insecurities?

I had those painful moments too, until I got to the next level of game because I realized that it’s not WHAT we say that matters…but HOW we say it: how we make the words come to life. Time for voice tone baby!

What’s our tool for making the ‘magic happen’? Our BODIES! And frankly, I felt the need to address Body Language on the blog, because most guys don’t even realize how much mistakes they make in this department…and that it’s actually something that will continue to CRIPPLE their game until they get it handled!

I can get into this whole story of what Body Language is, but to be brutally honest: this is not the Discovery Channel and you DON’T learn from monkey see, monkey do (I hope, lol!)…no the goal here is: bombing them with SO much good Body Language that they won’t even know what hit ‘em!

Why?

Did you know that 95% (!) of ALL our communication is NON-verbal and only 5% is verbal?

And did you know that in the 2 million years us humans exist we’ve only managed to develop the skills for conversation 100.000 years ago, which means we did everything without talking for 1.9 MILLION years?

So let’s cut to the chase and get down ’n dirty with Body Language, shall we? First, be sure to check out my blog post about facial expressions, because they amplify the effect of voice tone.

And now… let’s explore exactly what makes your voice tone such a great tool for creating attraction!

The current way of how Body Language is being taught to guys wanting to win with women is like cutting meat with a dull knife: too old fashioned, rusty and must of all…DULL! Yawn! I said speech because voice tone is only ONE way of looking at the voice. Voice tone comes down to intonation, but do you REALLY think that’s the only thing you can do with your voice, your speech? I think not!

Now the BIG question is: HOW to use speech to generate attraction?

Speed Of Your Voice Tone: The Art Of Coming Across Comfortable

– When you talk too fast it’s a sign of stress, anxiety, nervousness or being in a rush. Since dominance is one of THE most attractive character traits, let’s relate it to speech here: being dominant means being in control of your environment and leading HER. Talking very fast or uninterrupted (where it seems like there’s no beginning and end to a sentence) as said before shows anxiety, nervousness…which conveys that you feel stressed about the current circumstances, and thus that you’re NOT in control. So how do you convey dominance than? SLOW DOWN! Don’t go and talk one word per minute now, but make it your aim to slow down the speed at which you pronounce your sentences and words. Must humans don’t have BREAKS between words (the average break is believed to be half a second!), so a natural way of coming across more relaxed and comfortable, more dominant is by having breaks. Instead of: “Hey how you doin” from now on say Hey..how..you..doin? I call this STRETCHING.

– Once you have this one down you can try more advanced stretching by stretching words themselves without using a different pitch (tone height). Sounds difficult doesn’t it? Just compare these: oh really? OR…ow reaaaally? First one’s normal speech, second one is stretched. Wht do it? The second one is the one that comes across as teasing, naughty…think about it!

– Focus points of speed of speech: stretching your breaks between words and stretching words themselves = you SLOW DOWN.

INTONATION Of Your Voice Tone: How To Get HER Emotions Involved

– Intonation is the pitch, the stress and emotion with which you talk. The pitch is the tone height: think about how a woman greets her female friends and how a man greets his friends. The stress and emotion: you talk differently when you’re angry or crying…but what’s a good way to generate attraction with intonation? Simple: do NOT use high tones under stress, in conflict, to greet etc. for anything else than teasing someone with it…you’re a man with BALLS aren’t you? So sound like you got a pair than! Because a LOT of men unconsciously shift to high pitched when they’re in a fight, amazed, enthusiastic in other words: when emotions come into play. DON’T. Now some DO’S:

– The only right reason for using a high pitched voice: imitating the woman your with to make fun of her, which is VERY funny, playful teasing and thus generates attraction. It pays off to imitate other people to btw…because you are either doing the same (when alone with her) OR becoming the life of the party (in a social setting) because you’re so good at making a fool of…George W. Bush for example. You’ll be the center of attention, popular and thus girls want to talk to you.

– A low voice tone (low pitch) is considered sexy. Don’t believe me? Please download some Isaac Hayes, see if you think he’s more sexy with voice tone than Michael Jackson… and you’ll know what I mean!

You don’t necessarily HAVE to have a low voice just to generate attraction though, the advanced stuff will work just fine too but hey…throwing in a little bass in your voice now and then doesn’t hurt anyone, does it?

– The advanced stuff: rising, dipping, and peaking intonation. A true master of the voice can make ANYTHING out of everything: he can make ordering a burger a naughty situation, or buying a book a comical scene…so it pays off to master your voice because then you can keep the conversation going AND lead it wherever you want purely because of the intonation of your voice tone.

Rising intonation: this means the pitch of the voice increases over time (from low to high tone height). Example: oh no you DIDN’T! (low-normal-high-highest). In fact, when you think about it? ALL emphasizing of words uses rising intonation of your voice tone either in the sentence or in the word itself. Proof: Einstein ain’t got shit on YOU + I’ve had it, that’s IT! + you’re looking sexy today, DAMN girl! (which ones have the highest pitch? Yep, YOU, IT and DAMN!). Rising intonation (emphasizing) can be used to empower words more to make them have a deeper impact, which brings them more to life…so it’s wise to use it often.

Dipping intonation: A dipping intonation of your voice tone falls and then rises. Examples: is that so? You didn’t do your homework, didn’t you? In other words: questions tend to use this kind of voice tone when pronounced correctly. Notice that when you combine dipping intonation with slow speed…you get mystery: is that so? (normal-low-high pitch with tension because of slower than normal speech)

Peaking intonation: A peaking intonation in your voice tone rises and then falls. Examples: ow reaaaally? Hmmhmmm (humming as to say: yeah right), sure, whateeever you say! How does this make words sounds? Either like you’re teasing OR being naughty about something, which is why this one is my personal favorite! You can combine it with other body language to make it mean so many more things and…you can even apply it to only one letter: OOOooo (high-to-low as to convey you’re not believing it)

Silence And Voice Tone: Creating The Tension Of A Storyteller

– When in conversations that require the use of our thinking mind, for example to explain the solution to a problem to someone or just any other one that goes deeper then high…us humans tend to use STOP WORDS. Stop words are words like uhm..uhh…pff…and frankly they convey indefiniteness, uncertainty about what’s being said and sometimes even plain DUMBNESS which is why you want to STOP using them if you want to use your voice for generating attraction. If you need to think don’t verbalize it, just be quiet…it had amazing effects for me: people suddenly saw me as a MUCH more powerful, sturdy, to-the-point speaker! And now the DO’S:

– What’s every storytellers’ KEY tool for making you want to hear more? Tension, suspense. How do you convey it? Sure, slowing down your speech can be one…but stretching breaks between words is different more adding PAUSE to your speech. Why? Just compare these: do.you.like.all.kinds.of.meat? OR: do you like all kinds of…meat? First one’s normal, second one comes across NAUGHTY in most cases. As you can see, you should use pause in your speech with timing as you can increase the tension of whatever you’re saying. Some other examples to clarify this: what feels better for you: this…or that? You know when I was young, I was this badboy outside getting in trouble all day, but now? I’m more of a badboy…inside. Etc. So you can use pauses in your sentences and time them either to convey you’re being naughty about something, to create tension (a cliffhanger) OR for being mysterious.

– One more thing: when combined with rising intonation (emphasizing), you can dramatically increase the “tension of the storyteller” with your voice tone. Just notice the difference:

Damn woman, einstein ain’t got shit on you! OR: Woman DAMN…Einstein does NOT..even come close to YOUR brainiac nerdiness! AND: Then you see all these beautifully colored orange leaves around you and you’re like..WOW…what a park, what a park.

VOLUME Of Your Voice Tone: Amplifying The Effect

– The most overlooked but often also the most powerful tool to AMPLIFY everything that you’re saying, just like an amplifier strengthens sound! Most guys make the mistake of talking monotonously: they talk on the same pitch without variation or volume ALL day which can get REALLY annoying…AND boring. I mean, where is the excitement, the FUN? SO how DO you use volume efficiently then?

– First things first: low volume. There’s something about whispering that REALLY gets women’s buttons pushed, so whenever you get the chance: grab it! You can also tease her with it if she’s being unclear about something: blablabla and you’re like wtf is SHE talking about? Then whisper to her: what did you say? She’ll ask why you’re whispering and you reply with: now you know what it feels like to not understand a damn thing of what somebody is saying! That’s a good tease right there…and you can also start whispering randomly and have fun with it (most of the time they’ll join in), and then accuse her of sounding like a perv, a pedophile etc. lol! In fact, low volume is PERFECT for teasing when it comes to being mysterious about it. Say what? Examples to clarify: (you) you know what they always say about horse riders? (her) What? (you) oww…nothing (with low volume). This has the effect of emphasizing the ‘I know something you don’t’ that you want to convey than.

– High volume. The easiest application is to talk LOUDER during emphasizing: WHAT did you just say? It can also be applied to the other forms of intonation though: the higher the pitch the louder it gets.
